What should I do if I forget my password?

Go to the Patron Portal login page (library.mist.ac.bd/patron) and click "Forgot Password." A reset link will be sent to your registered institutional (@mist.ac.bd) email — no need to visit the library office. If you never set one up or no longer have access to that email, then contact the library office to have it updated.
